3. Equipment Rentals

All rental equipment remains the property of CMR. Customers are responsible for proper use, care, and security during the rental period.

• Return in reasonable condition

Damage, loss, or misuse may result in additional charges.

4. Delivery & Access

Customers must provide clear, safe access for delivery and service vehicles.

Missed appointments, denied access, or unsafe conditions may result in trip or rescheduling fees.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Accurate information
• Proper electrical supply
• Monitoring stored products
• Maintaining safe site conditions
• Complying with health regulations

CMR is not responsible for losses resulting from customer negligence or improper operation.

6. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is provided by quote, agreement, or published rates. All invoices are due according to stated terms.

• Late payments may incur fees
• Service may be suspended for non-payment
• Deposits may be required
• Collection costs may be charged

7. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations and schedule changes must be submitted as early as possible.

Late cancellations may result in service charges.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

Services and equipment are provided "as-is" and "as-available" to the extent permitted by law.

CMR disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CMR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or product loss.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service involved.

10. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless CMR from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from misuse, negligence, or violations of these Terms.
