Cincinnati Mobile Refrigeration provides reliable delivery and pickup for refrigerated trailers, equipment, and service-related materials throughout the region.
Our Delivery Services
We offer scheduled delivery and retrieval for:
- Refrigerated trailer rentals
- Temporary cold storage units
- Commercial refrigeration equipment
- Replacement and service materials
- Special event refrigeration support
All deliveries are coordinated by our dispatch team to ensure proper placement, setup, and operation.
Service Area
We primarily serve customers in:
- Southwest Ohio
- Northern Kentucky
- Southeast Indiana
Extended-distance deliveries may be available upon request and may include additional fees.
Scheduling & Timing
Delivery and pickup appointments are scheduled in advance. While we make every effort to meet requested time windows, exact arrival times cannot always be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, and service conditions.
- Standard delivery: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- After-hours delivery: By arrangement only
- Emergency delivery: Existing customers only
Customers will be notified in advance of any significant delays.
Delivery Site Requirements
To ensure safe and efficient delivery, customers are responsible for providing:
- Clear access for delivery vehicles
- Stable, level placement area
- Proper clearance for equipment operation
- Approved electrical connections (when required)
- On-site contact during delivery
If site conditions prevent safe placement, delivery may be delayed or rescheduled.
Setup & Operation
Our technicians will position and verify basic operation of delivered equipment. Customers are responsible for:
- Proper loading and product management
- Monitoring temperatures
- Maintaining clear airflow
- Reporting issues promptly
Optional setup assistance and monitoring services may be available upon request.
Responsibility & Liability
Cincinnati Mobile Refrigeration is not responsible for losses resulting from improper loading, misuse, power interruption, site conditions, or customer error.
Customers are encouraged to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for stored products.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Delivery changes must be submitted as early as possible. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in additional fees.
- 24+ hours notice: No penalty
- Less than 24 hours: Subject to rescheduling fee
- No access on arrival: Trip charge may apply
